From 1st February 1st 2010 we are re-launching our Early Repayment Charge waiver, meaning your clients can redeem their mortgage or make a capital repayment without having to pay any ERCs.
The ERC waiver will be available indefinitely, although we reserve the right to withdraw this subject to providing 3 months written notice. From 1st February 2010 the Early Repayment Charge waiver will only apply to any capital repayment or full redemption made within the offer period.
